The former power plant looks resplendent following its renovation, during which a total of 4,000 kilograms of IGP powder coating was used. The building is located in the center of Powiśle and now serves as a central hub after its transformation into a lively meeting place.

After several years of disuse, the architectural firm APA Wojciechowski Sp. z o.o. breathed new life into the building. It has been transformed into a luxurious complex with offices, a hotel, residential spaces, edgy shops, and first-class restaurants.
