The fundamental concept behind the design is a tube which provides a distinctive form with a strong identity. Inspired by the industrial character of the location, it establishes an architectural language that is simultaneously robust and refined, harmoniously reconciling the neighboring heavy industry with contemporary office usage.

The five-story building offers flexible, high-quality office spaces on the upper floors. The ground floor is designed for communicative purposes, including conference and meeting rooms along with additional office spaces. In the multifunctional central zone, there is enough space for a bistro and cafeteria with an outdoor area.
